Fluffy Whole-Grain Pancakes



Ingredients:

2 cups whole grain flour (whole wheat, brown rice, oat, buckwheat, etc)

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon sugar

½ teaspoon salt

2 cups almond milk


In medium size bowl mix all dry ingredients and add almond milk. Mix just until combined.


Heat griddle or frying pan and spray with cooking spray. Add ¼ cup pancake mix to the pan and cook about a minute on each side.
